 Sioux Rubber & Urethane primarily molds larger items (more than 5 lbs). Sioux Rubber & Urethane can custom manufacture molded rubber or urethane items on a one-of-a-kind basis or large production orders. Depending on the estimated product run, molds can be made in a variety of ways using several different materials to keep the up-front costs low.
Seals, sleeves, connectors and components are custom designed to meet the strictest design and performance requirements.
Molded products can be manufactured:
- With or without metal inserts
- With embedded fabric
- Using a variety of rubber or urethane compounds to fit your needs
- With a UHMW surface to increase friction release capabilities
- Custom rubber or urethane faced plates or rollers
- Liners or coatings designed to your needs
- Maximum mold size: 54” wide x 228” long x 12” tall
- Compressive force: 1,500 tons maximum
