Long and thin, short and fat; Sioux Rubber & Urethane can apply a rubber or urethane coating or lagging to virtually any size pulley or roller.
Sioux Rubber & Urethane rubber lagging is vulcanized on to the roller, resulting in a bond that will not pull loose even under extreme conditions.
Whether it's a new roller or recovering your existing core, Sioux Rubber & Urethane can accommodate most any need and size up to 60” diameter and 30’ length. Most orders are ready to ship out in 3 days or less. Special materials or configurations may take a few extra days. Crowned and/or grooved finishes are also available upon request.
Virtually hundreds of rubber and urethane compounds are available depending on service requirements. Even multi-layer applications are available (example: a cushioning soft under-layer with harder rubber on outside surface).
