 Sioux Rubber & Urethane has manufactured molded impact bars for the mining and quarry business for more than 15 years. Our impact bars are made of premium abrasion and impact resistant rubber, a 3/8'' UHMW top and metal insert all permanently bonded through our special molding and vulcanizing process. To protect your conveyor belting, there are no bolts or plug holes in the UHMW wear surface.
Rubber provides excellent cushioning and impact absorption. Easily installed, impact bars are a cost effective method for conveyor support, impact beds and feed chute collectors.
 Metal inserts can be aluminum or steel depending on your specific needs. The bars come in standard lengths of 48”, 60” or 72” with a tapered leading edge.
