 Long and thin, short and fat; Sioux Rubber & Urethane can apply a rubber or urethane coating or lagging to virtually any size pulley or roller. Sioux Rubber & Urethane rubber lagging is vulcanized on to the roller, resulting in a bond that will not pull loose even under extreme conditions (unlike many glued-on materials).
Whether a completely new roller, or recovering your existing core, Sioux Rubber & Urethane can accommodate most any need and size up to 18” diameter and 125” long as a standard, but we are capable of covering up to a 60” diameter and 30’ length. 80% of orders are ready to ship out in 3 days. Special materials or configurations may take a few extra days. Crowned and/or grooved finishes are also available upon request.
Our standard material is 60 durometer SBR rubber, but virtually hundreds of rubber and urethane compounds are available depending on service requirements. Even multi-layer applications are available (example: a cushioning soft under-layer with harder rubber on outside surface).
