Tuff-Tube® Applications

Tuff-Tube® spout liners are available in standard lengths of 10' and 20' with additional lengths available upon request.
Tuff-Tube® spout liners are available for new or existing spouting applications. Tuff-Tube® slip-in urethane liners counter material wear to spout lining, saving time, money and extending useful life of equipment by reducing down time. Worn liner can be rotated 120° - 180° to present addition wear surface. Completely used liners can be removed and replaced using the same spout.

 

Tuff-Tube® is effective and convenient for spouting applications incuding:

Conveyed material cannot force itself under lining:

• • Eliminates peeling up
• • Buckling
• • Plugging
• • General spout failure

Lined Spout Elbows:

• • Urethane liner permamently bonded to elbow
• • Available with and without tapered leading edge
• • Matches up with Tuff-Tube® liner for total spout protection
