Abrasiplate Flex® is a flexible reinforced rubber wear panel designed to provide superior abrasion resistance, impact protection, and vibration dampening in demanding industrial environments. Built with expanded metal fully encapsulated in vulcanized rubber, Abrasiplate Flex combines the strength of reinforced steel with the flexibility of durable rubber to create a high-performance wear liner that bends without breaking.
Unlike traditional rigid wear plates, Abrasiplate Flex can conform to curved surfaces and complex equipment geometries, making it ideal for applications where standard steel or rubber liners cannot easily be installed. These flexible rubber wear panels help protect equipment from abrasion, corrosion, impact, and metal-to-metal contact while reducing vibration and noise
